It’s our extra-special fingerprint cookies (sometimes known as thimble cookies or Swedish tarts or bird’s nests) dabbed with delicious homemade pear medley jam!
Ingredient list: Unbleached flour, white sugar, butter and/or coconut oil, eggs, grated orange rind, orange juice, ginger, cinnamon, vanilla, salt; may contain nutmeg or allspice. Centers have pear medley jam; pears, sugar, pineapple, orange juice, grated orange rind, plain gelatin.
Each package has one dozen cookies.
